A lighthouse is a tower, building, or framework designed to emit light from a system of lamps and lenses or, in older times, from a fire and used as an aid to navigation and to pilots at sea or on inland waterways. The first lighthouse on the West Coast was the Alcatraz Island Light in San Francisco Bay, completed in 1854. The first Great Lakes’ lighthouses was Lake Erie. These fine art Tapestries are beautifully woven and bring a relaxed view for your home decor.
